Part of the Service includes opportunities to complete surveys and participate in market research and competitions for various prizes and rewards, as outlined through the Service. By their natures, surveys and market research initiatives involve users voluntarily providing information to a dynamic list of clients regarding their demographic information, which may include gender, race, ethnicity, age, sexual identity, and market preferences. Participation in these surveys, research initiatives, and competitions is completely voluntary and by signing up to participate in them, you are "Opting-in" to sharing the information you provide with the client companies, as well as for other legitimate purposes as outlined below, however users are not eligible for prizes or awards from True Opinion  without completing such surveys and initiatives. If you choose to participate and complete the surveys and initiatives and further choose to provide such information, you are consenting to the collection, use, processing, maintenance of the information as well as transfer of the information to such clients at whose requests such surveys and/or initiatives were issued. What We Collect

We collect information about you if and when you register with us, complete a survey on www.true-opinion .com or place a reward order. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete member surveys, provide feedback and participate in competitions. 

Personal Information generally means information which relates to a living individual who can be identified from that information. Precise Research collects your Personal Information whenever you provide us with the information whether through use of our Services, a form on our website, an interaction with our sales or customer support team or a response to one of Precise Research’s survey.

The Personal Information we collect about you are as follows:

1. Contact Information: Contact information mainly includes e-mail address, full name, home address, phone/mobile number, demographic information, etc.
2. Other Information: Other Information includes but not limited to Annual Income, HH Income, Education, employment status and company’s employee size.
3. Device and browser information: Precise Research also collects information about your device or computer such as browser, time zone, device type, network, operating system, carrier user id and locale and other information that alone or in combination may be used to uniquely identify your device or computer.
4. Log Data: Like most websites today, our web servers keep log files that record data each time a device accesses those servers. Precise Research collects your Personal Information when you register yourself on our portal to participate in online surveys. We use such information for profiling so that we can send you surveys accordingly. The survey link that we send from our end to you are programmed and hosted by our Clients only and we do not have any control over it.

Please note that generally we do not share any Personal Information with anyone and always try to maintain the privacy. Sometimes our Clients asks for your Personal Information, however, your Personal Information is not shared with our Clients without your consent. Only after you provide consent, we share your Personal Information with our Clients.

Please note that the survey you fill is only shared with our Clients and all your Personal Information remains protected with us.

However, we may need to disclose your Personal Information when we believe it’s in good faith and necessary to comply with judicial proceeding, court order, legal process or when needed to investigate, act against any illegal, suspected or fraudulent activity.

Do we sell your Personal Information?

No, we do not sell your Personal Information to any other company. We base our business on two valuable concepts, trust and quality. If you are eligible for a client survey opportunity offered through a Third-Party MR Company, the Third-Party MR Company will provide your unique identification number("UID") and a survey link to us and we will invite you to participate in the client survey through surveys shown on the site or via email. We will not share your name, email address, or phone number with the Third-Party MR Companies. 

In connection with the sharing of your information with a Third-Party MR Company, your information may be transferred and stored outside of your country of residence, including, without limitation, in the United States, and by agreeing to this privacy policy you are agreeing to the processing and exportation of your personal information as set forth in this Section.

13. True Opinion maintains all records in their entirely until and unless the User requests account deletion, at which time we will delete all personal information without undue delay. If you request that we erase your personal information, you will be required to delete your account and will not be eligible to use the Service unless you open another account.
